Returns
- Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns and sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email with the order number, photos and information of the items and we will work it out with you.
Cancellations
- Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
Single Cards
Each card condition is professionally selected based on thorough evaluation, ensuring transparency in each purchase. The condition of the sale is final, and returns will not be accepted at the time of purchased. This policy aims to provide a consistent, trusted experience for all buyers and the seller.
Description of the condition of each card
Near Mint Cards: Are in pristine clean and clear condition with no visible flaws, marks, scratches, or wear. They appear as though they were just taken out of the pack without any damage present in the card.
Lightly Played Cards: Have a minimal wear on edges and corners with very slight imperfections, such as a few faint scratches or very light edge wear. Almost new in appearance with no significant damage present in the card.
Moderately Played Cards: Have moderate wear, visible scratches, and/or slightly frayed edges, imperfections, light surface wear appearance with no significant damage present in the card with no heavy creases or bends.
Heavily Played Cards: Have a heavy wear, including visible edge fraying, scratches, with no creases, and/or surface scuffing from been played or another circumstances. May have multiple marks but are still structurally intact in the card with no heavy creases or bends.
Damaged Played Cards: Cards have substantial wear, with significant creases, bends, scratches, tears, or stains. The appearance of the card varies on how suitable the card is, the structural of the card will show a heavy creases or bends.
